HEAVYFOOT WEIGHT WILDFIRE COMMUNITY CONCERT GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The HeavyFoot Wildfire Community Concert Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by HeavyFoot Weight (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the American Red Cross, Food Bank of Northern Nevada, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Reno Events Center, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any other organization or entity associated with the concert.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Nevada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family or household members of HeavyFoot Weight are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 09/01/2026 and ends on 09/21/2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Community Support Entry:
Individuals who have made a donation directly to the American Red Cross or Food Bank of Northern Nevada may complete the HeavyFoot Giveaway Entry Form and submit confirmation of their donation.
HeavyFoot Weight does not collect, process, receive, or control donations made to either organization.
Free Entry:
No donation is required. Individuals may enter the Giveaway by selecting the free-entry option on the HeavyFoot Giveaway Entry Form and completing the required entry information.
All eligible entries are treated equally regardless of whether a donation was made or the amount of any donation.
Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway period. Making multiple donations, donating larger amounts, or submitting multiple donation confirmations will not result in additional entries or improve the odds of winning.
Duplicate entries may be removed.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to see Lynyrd Skynyrd on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada.
Approximate Retail Value: $254.00
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash through HeavyFoot Weight.
Transportation, parking, food, beverages, lodging, and any other expenses associated with attending the concert are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
Concert dates, times, performers, and venue arrangements are controlled by the event organizers and are subject to change. HeavyFoot Weight is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, performer changes, venue policies, or other circumstances outside of its control.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Giveaway deadline.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on or about 09/22/2026.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner:
• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within the stated time,
• is found to be ineligible,
• declines the prize, or
• fails to comply with these Official Rules,
HeavyFoot Weight may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be required to provide proof of age and Nevada residency before receiving the prize.
8. Donation Information
Donations are made directly to the American Red Cross or Food Bank of Northern Nevada through their respective donation systems.
HeavyFoot Weight does not receive any portion of those donations.
Neither organization is responsible for administering the HeavyFoot Giveaway or selecting the winner.
Participants who submit donation confirmation may cover, crop, or remove sensitive financial information before uploading the document. HeavyFoot Weight does not request credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial account information.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants HeavyFoot Weight permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, photograph, or likeness in connection with announcing or promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
HeavyFoot Weight reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated, incomplete, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.
HeavyFoot Weight also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted fairly or as intended.
Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or interfere with the operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HeavyFoot Weight and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
HeavyFoot Weight is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries caused by internet, website, device, email, or other technical failures outside its reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway Entry Form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and maintain records related to the promotion.
13. Winner Information
The winner’s name may be announced on HeavyFoot Weight’s website and/or social media channels after eligibility has been confirmed and the prize has been accepted.
14. Agreement to Rules
By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
